New roof at Arlington airport, Change from an exposed fastener roof to standing seam roof

In Arlington WA, on a commercial piece of property by the airport.  We updated  the building from an exposed fastener roof to standing seam roof, and used 50’ long single roof sheets instead of a 2 piece system they had previously.

The resulting metal roof is stronger, more durable and will last much longer.  This greatly increases the value of the building, and gives decades of deferred maintenance for the exterior. Continue reading →
